The Neighborhood Bass Coalition aka: N.B.C. are a multi-media composer and producer ensemble who play experimental hardcore pop and psychedelic jazz dub hop. They have played in parks, galleries, landfills, clubs, and on radio, the streets and the internet. Members include: Rob Wortman, Dr. Crystal Mess, Drew Dobbs, Mr. Hate, Dave Gardner, Bioflava. Their instruments are many and feature: homemade gear, synths, percussion, winds, strings, samplers, turntables and computers. Along with melody and rythym-driven projects, the NBC also produce sound design for film, noise, and drone music.
