Denver - The owner, operator and developer of the San Francisco Sheraton Hotel (NYSE: H) has acquired and will continue to operate the hotel from the private hotel owners in San Diego, California. Denver Hotel Group, Inc., owner and operator of a number of high-end hotels in the Denver market, will acquire the New York City and Los Angeles markets for $1.2 billion.
